What if it snows twice in one day?

Our tolerance for snow is 4cm, so if they were to be a second snowfall on the same day and its over 4cm in height then be sure to see us come back out to your home or business.

what will happen if i get tickets or fines from the city?

We ensure all tickets will be paid from our own pockets, this is stated and verified by both parties when signing the contract.

what’s the cancellation policy like?

Clients must provide at least one full day’s notice before their next monthly invoice to cancel their service. Cancellations without the required notice will result in the client being charged for the upcoming billing period.
